Before We Begin
We’re excited to create beautiful memories for you and your family. Please take a moment to go through the following points before confirming your session with us.
Booking & Advance Payment
To confirm and block your preferred shoot date and time slot, an advance payment of ₹2000 is required.
Once a slot is confirmed for your session, we reserve that time exclusively for you and do not accept any other bookings during that slot.
Arriving for the Shoot
We kindly request you to plan your travel accordingly and arrive a little early for the session so we can utilize the shoot time comfortably.
We also recommend keeping some buffer time after the scheduled session, especially for baby shoots, as babies may sometimes need breaks or extra settling time. If the baby is comfortable during the session, you may also choose to go for additional setups.

Image Selection Process
Once the shoot is completed and the balance payment is confirmed, we will share a private gallery link containing the unedited JPEG preview images for your selection.
The gallery link will remain active for one month. We kindly request you to download and save a copy within this period.
Delivery Timeline
The final edited high-resolution images will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date you confirm your selected images for editing.

Since editing and artistic preferences can sometimes be subjective, we recommend discussing any specific editing requests or expectations with us before the shoot so we can plan and guide the session accordingly.

Session Guidelines & Creative Notes
We’ve put together a few other important notes, We know this looks like a lot of reading
But it helps make the entire shoot experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free for everyone involved.
Most of these come from years of photographing babies, families, excited parents, energetic siblings, and the occasional toddler meltdown
The information is arranged in sections for easy reference, though we highly recommend going through all the points before the shoot.

Creative Style & References
Themes and reference images are always welcome. We love understanding your ideas and will use them as inspiration while creating something that aligns with our artistic style and creative process.
If there is a specific prop, setup, or exact look from our portfolio that you would like recreated, please discuss and confirm it with us before booking the shoot.
Please note that props shown in our portfolio are mostly owned by us, but certain setups may vary based on availability and the comfort of the baby during the session.
Baby Comfort Comes First
For themed shoots, special outfits, props, or God-inspired concepts, the baby’s comfort and mood always come first. We never force babies into outfits or poses they are uncomfortable with, and certain elements may not be possible to add later during editing.

Editing Style
The complimentary preview images are not final deliverables and may include soft focus, test shots, blinking, or timing variations. General corrections or editing on these preview images will not be possible.
Our editing style is a major part of our artistic workflow and will be consistent with the quality and feel seen across our portfolio. Since art and editing preferences can be subjective, we recommend discussing any specific editing expectations with us before the shoot.
We may also explore new creative styles, lighting, or tones as part of our evolving artistic process. If you prefer a very specific editing style or exact recreation from a previous shoot or reference image, please confirm it with us in advance.
Final edited images are delivered as per our signature workflow and are not open for re-editing requests.
Additional images may be selected beyond the package inclusions at the following rates:
- Edited Images – Rs.750/- per image
- Conceptual / Manipulation Edits – Rs.2,000/- per image
For conceptual manipulation edits, we kindly request clients to share clear reference images and ideas in advance so we can understand the desired vision better. Please note that the final outcome may vary depending on factors such as the feasibility of the concept, styling, posing, lighting, and image compatibility. We always strive to create the best possible artistic result while maintaining the quality and authenticity of the final artwork.

Image Delivery
All images delivered are in JPEG format. The session images are shared as complimentary basic-resolution JPEG previews for selection purposes. Final selected images are delivered separately as professionally edited high-resolution JPEGs.

Lifestyle Sessions
Our lifestyle sessions are designed to capture natural moments, emotions, and lifelike tones. Because of this approach, certain images may intentionally have softer focus and natural lighting characteristics.
Colour Grading & Artistic Style
Colour grading is an important part of our artistic style and helps create the signature tone and mood seen across our portfolio. Because of this, outfit and background colours in the final images may differ from real life.
If a particular dress/backdrop or prop colour holds special meaning to you and preserving it accurately is important, we kindly request that you discuss it with us before the session. We will always do our best to accommodate such requests wherever possible.
However, please note that maintaining true-to-life colours in certain cases may affect the final artistic tone and signature look of our edits.
On-screen Viewing
All edits are done on professionally colour-calibrated monitors to ensure ideal print quality and balanced tones. Please note that colours may appear different across various mobile phones, monitors, and screens.
Our edits are designed for beautiful overall viewing and high-quality prints rather than extreme zoomed-in inspection.
Siblings & Additional Children
Including a sibling in a single setup or in the family portraits is absolutely fine.
However, if the sibling is to be photographed extensively in multiple setups or individually, the session may be considered as a shoot involving two children, and pricing may vary accordingly.
If you are bringing another child/sibling along for the session, we kindly request parents to make necessary arrangements for their care and supervision during the shoot, as our team will be fully focused on photographing and engaging with the child being photographed.
Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor shoots, lighting, weather conditions, seasonal changes, clouds, and natural surroundings can significantly affect the final look of the images. While we always maintain our signature style and quality, exact replication of previous outdoor images may not always be possible.
Social Media Posts:
We work hard to create images that represent our artistic style and portfolio, and selected images may be used on our social media pages, website, advertisements, or other promotional platforms.
We completely understand if you prefer privacy. On request, we are happy to avoid posting your images for up to 6 months.
If you would prefer that your images are never shared publicly, a separate “No Public Posting” option can be purchased before the session.
Albums, Frames & Prints
Albums start from ₹5000 and require a minimum selection of 20 edited images.
Additional edited images, prints, albums, and wall frames can be purchased separately.
All albums and frames are to be collected from our studio. Albums can be couriered on request, with packaging and shipping charges to be borne by the client. Frames are fragile and must be collected directly from the studio.
