1. Best Time to Schedule Your Outdoor Maternity Photoshoot
The best time to do your maternity shoot is between 28 to 36 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, your baby bump is beautifully rounded, and you still feel active and comfortable enough to pose. Don’t wait too long — the last few weeks can bring fatigue, swelling, and discomfort.
2. What to Wear for Your Maternity Shoot
Clothing makes a big difference in your photos. Here are some outfit tips:
Choose flowy dresses or fitted gowns that highlight your bump.
Soft colors, neutral tones, or pastels work well outdoors.
Avoid loud patterns or heavy prints — simplicity keeps the focus on you.
You can bring up to 3 outfits of your own, 1 traditional outfit, or select 1 gown from our collection.

7. Choosing the Outdoor Location
The right location adds magic to your maternity photos. Whether it’s a quiet garden, a scenic lake, or a dreamy resort — we help you pick the perfect spot. We cover travel within 50km from Chennai (CMBT). If your chosen location has an entry fee or rental cost, that will be separate.
We also travel outstation for shoots. Just share your location and we’ll work out the logistics.

Great place for maternity and newborn photo shoot.I highly recommend Nithya and team for their quality and amazing work. They are very humble and patient in bringing your vision to memories through beautiful images.
